This DPMQ database contains data of interest to food scientists. The DPMQ is a public resource and has received data testimonies from academic, industry and government laboratories. Data entry DPMQs are located in relational databases and are designed to present data in the context of biology and food nutrition, and allow data integration for cross-research analysis, knowledge generation, and novel meta-analysis. The database contains more than 20,000 data items, and the contents of the database can also be expanded for classification, carcass segmentation, genomics and other applications.
